About Me

Over the course of 30 years as a police officer with the Metropolitan Police Service, I was an officer working on the streets of London and administered first aid on many occasions. I am currently a ‘GoodSAM’ First Responder, responding to 999 first aid calls, prior to the arrival of the Ambulance Service. As a consequence, I have a wealth of knowledge and experiences in administering and teaching first aid.

I was also an officer safety instructor during my police service, teaching personal safety techniques to officers. My aim is to provide practical methods to ensure the safety of yourself, your family and friends.

As a qualified First Aid & First Aid for Mental Health instructor with a Level 3 award in education and training, I possess the expertise to impart a diverse range of Ofqual (The Office of Qualifications and Examination Regulations) and SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority)  qualifications.

I also teach Level 1 Award in awareness of Safeguarding and Level 3 award in principles safeguarding & protecting children, young people or vulnerable adults. All of the courses adhere to the requirements of the Health & Safety Executive.

I am insured and have enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) clearance, ensuring your safety & security.

My aim is to deliver engaging and enjoyable lessons, resulting in you successfully achieving nationally accredited qualifications.
